What method do you use for cleaning?

The method we use for cleaning is hot water extraction, commonly referred to as steam cleaning. It’s the cleaning method most recommended by carpet manufacturers.

What is your customer satisfaction guarantee?

If you are unhappy with the work we preform you don’t have to pay for it. Period.

Do I need to vacuum before the crew arrives?

We leave that up to the customer. It is not necessary but it doesn’t hurt either.

What do you consider as an area?

A room measuring approximately 15x20 is considered an area or a single room/space.

How long will it take to clean my carpets?

It depends on how big the job is. Some jobs take 30 minutes and some can take up to 2 hours for residential cleaning. Larger commercial cleanings can take longer.

Do you move furniture?

Yes.

How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

Dry time is affected by humidity, temperature, HVAC and air flow to the area. Most of our customers report an average dry-time of 4-6 hours.

Will carpet cleaning get rid of fleas in my carpet?

Yes.

Why do your prices vary from other carpet cleaners?

We do our best to offer the most competitive prices in the industry. If that means we work harder and make less, so be it.

Manufacturers recommend professionally cleaning your carpets once a year.

After my carpet was cleaned, it has bubbles or ripples in the carpet. What caused this?

Moisture makes the carpet expand. As it dries, it will shrink right back into place.

The tag on my furniture recommends a dry cleaning method. Can you clean it?

Maybe. We would need to see the upholstery in person to make that determination. We will do this free of charge.

Does professional cleaning cause the protective coating I purchased with my upholstered furniture to degrade?

Yes.

You can walk on them immediately with bare feet, socks, and rubber soled shoes.
